ERDF Monitoring, Audit and Document Retention Workshop
Himley Hall, Himley, Dudley
18th May 2018, 9.30am – 3pm
This one-day free workshop will focus on the compliance aspects of project delivery through effective project monitoring and the requirements placed on ERDF through the Regulations for inspection and audit visits and reports. The Fund requires documentary evidence to support planned activity and project claims, with greater emphasis now placed on electronic storage and Data Protection, and retention of evidence post project closure through archiving for defined periods. The workshop will be of particular use for multi-partner projects illustrating the longer term legacy conditions frequently required for ERDF investments and cover best practice systems and procedures associated with project monitoring and the risk management thereof.
The workshop will specifically focus on:
• The key compliance areas covered by EC Regulation 1303/2013 Articles 125 and 127
• The core roles and responsibilities of project implementation – functions and separation of duties
• How to develop resourced project specific monitoring and archiving systems linked to risk management
• Best practice examples of using onsite verification visits to reduce risk in project delivery
To book please contact the technical assistance team, via BCTA@walsall.gov.uk or 01922 654379.
This workshop and the Black Country ERDF Technical Assistance Project is part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund Programme 2014-2020.
