The Skills Funding Agency published an Information, Advice and Guidance ESF funding call for Black Country Young People aged 16-24 years. Currently £449,900 is available for the period from August 2016 to March 2018. This may be increased if additional funding becomes available. The Services must provide a focused careers guidance service to young people in the Black Country LEP area to enable them to identify opportunities to move into employment, training or education
The Skills Funding Agency published a new European Social Fund call for the Black Country: Access to Employment - Support for the Unemployed. £1,900,000 is available for the period from August 2016 to March 2018. The aim of the call is to provide bespoke support and training for the unemployed and those economically inactive and seeking a return to the labour market but facing skills related barriers to entering the labour market.
The Black Country ESF Technical Assistance Team is pleased to present a series of European Social Fund Capacity Building Workshops to take place between July-September 2016. The Workshops, available to Black Country organisations, will provide a comprehensive overview of complex European Social Fund rules and regulations and will help build compliant and robust Black Country ESF projects.
